Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to Head of Marketing and Business.
2. Identifying new customers.
3. Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
4. Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.
5. Creating promotions with advertising managers.
6. Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
7. Compiling lists describing our organization's offerings.
8. Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
9. Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
10. Building brand awareness and positioning.
11. Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy.
12. Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
13. Communicating the marketing plan.
14. Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
15. Researching demand for the organization's products and services.
16. Evaluating competitors.
17. Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.


Requirements:
1. Strong Interesting in Marketing and Business Development is MUST.
2. Bachelor degree is MUST, and degree in marketing, business administration, or related fields is preferred, however the position is opened for all major including business, engineering, arts, languages,..., etc. Experience, Innovation and enthusiasm are much important.
3. Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan is preferred.
4. Experience with AR-HUD product, wearable AR-glasses, and/or Optical products is a plus.
5. Experience of working with Automotive industry is a plus.
6. Understanding of public relations.
7. Advanced communication skills.
8. Ability to quickly adapt to change.
9. Good command of both Chinese and English. Germany and Japanese is a plus.
10. Business Traveling is required from time to time and you may be working in our Taipei office for 6 months of a year.
