Job Title： Sea Freight Operations 海运操作

Department： Sea Freight Department, Rohlig China Limited Shenzhen Branch 深圳分公司，海运部

Accountability： Sea Operation Manager, 向分公司海运经理汇报

Job Summary： Performs a wide variety of duties related to the handling of ocean shipments

海运操作 (指定货为主，一条龙跟进）薪资丰厚，年假12-14天，双休，福利齐全包括住房公积金。

Duties & Responsibilities Specific duties including, but not restricted to: 主要职责

-Answer overseas e-mails/faxes overnight in professional way 向指定货的海外公司就工作进度保持及时的反馈和沟通

-Answer all incoming calls politely with professional manner 积极有效并专业的与国内指定货客户就海运安排事宜进行沟通

-Collect and check vendor’s shipping documents & filing into e Docs in EDI 全面掌握，熟练运用公司的操作系统，并保证正确率

-Follow the credit control procedures in place 根据公司的财务流程完成各项收付款项目

-Report any special occasions to superior on time 及时向上级汇报突发或疑难事件

-Follow superior ‘s instructions and implement policies 具有一定处理紧急事件的能力，能高度领会并执行上级的指令

-Arrange deliveries and present documents to sub-contractors timely 保证工作的时效和准确率，达到公司绩效考核的标准

-Follow instructions and implement policies from Management (e.g. GBO, QM system, etc.) 尊重并遵守公司管理层的各项决定

Skills & Educational Requirements 职位要求

-Good communication with local customers and overseas 沟通能力强

-Good customer service and telephone skills 客户服务理念强

-Able in reading and writting English througn emai 英语邮件的基本读写能力

-Knowledge of personal computer, including Microsoft Word and Excel software 基础Office软件的应用

- Basic acknowledgement about forwarding industry is a plus 有基础货代从业经验者优先

Working conditions： Flexible hours required occasionally. Overtime to be expected. 如有必要，可能要加班

Working hours ：9：00-18：00

lunch break：12：30-13：30
