Tasks: You provide the consistency needed to see software projects through from start to

finish. With a mixture of technical knowledge and leadership, you oversee both the product

being produced and the people performing the work. You utilize relevant resources to

execute projects effectively. You coordinate with 3rd party design companies and suppliers

project seniors to identify project issues and concerns and make appropriate resolutions in

a timely manner.

Requirements:

？ 5+ years of work experience in Software Project Management in cross-functional

environments with multiple internal and external dependencies.

？ Must possess outstanding communication skills.

？ Have leadership skills and can take control of a project; can direct, delegate, boost

morale, solve problems, and keep everything flowing.

？ Background in programming languages (such as C or C++) and testing procedures.

？ Strong knowledge in embedded software development best practices.

？ Experience with bug tracking systems and regression testing.

？ Able to handle multiple releases across product categories and platforms.

？ Preferred working experience as embedded firmware engineer.

？ Organization skills and attention to details.

？ Highly desired: experience with consumer electronics.

？ Business trip to China mainland. Such as TW, Germany.
