About the role：

    

Manage IT Department Operation, ERP(SAP)/CRM/SRM/MES/PDM System integration, and Management Information (Automation) and Business performance analysis;

    

Deliver quality services to both internal and external customers with cost effectiveness and efficiency and to drive IT solution become part of the business solution.

    

Main responsibilities:

    

· Establish policy, process, procedures and guidelines to facilitate the on-going activities support the day-to-day business;

    

· Review current Standard Operation Procedures and reinforce compliance within your organization;

    

· Budget, monitor and control Headcount and expenses effectively;

    

· Ensure the compliance of local law and customer’s requirement, if appropriate;

    

· Conduct business process meeting to identify “MUST HAVE” vs. “NICE TO HAVE” needs, in order to allocate IT resources to those top priority and value added areas;

    

· Reinforce the best practice by identify user requirements, mapping business process, set up the blue-print, trial run the process and conduct realization and then seek for User Acceptance before go-live to maximize the “buy-in” and the utilization;

    

· Monitor and reduce employees’ turnover rate and reinforce employee satisfaction;

    

· Establish KPI and reinforce employee performance management system;

    

· Provide Training to develop and leverage the skills and knowledge of employees;

    

· Foster a continue improvement culture;

    

Main requirements:

    

· IT or engineering degrees with 10 years+ experiences in management information system and business analytics;

    

· Understanding of MES, ERP functionality and OA systems;

    

· Hands-on skills considered a plus, like server, email and basic networking administration;

    

· Able to lead a team of IT/help desk professionals;

    

· Support management team on critical business reporting assisting senior management on analysis of sales, GP, costing and KPIs;

    

· Good communication skill; Able to communicate with all level of employees;

    

· Positive and good problem solving skill;

    

· Good leadership and coaching skills;

    

· Proficiency in English & Mandarin.
