岗位描述:
1、通过对业务的深入了解,构建完善的供应链相关业务监测体系,能够有效地识别业务进展与风险;
2、通过专题分析,对业务问题进行深入研究,为部门运营决策、产品方向、服务策略提供数据支持;
3、构建全面的、准确的、能反映服务业务特征的系统绩效指标体系,及时发现与定位系统运营问题;
4、从客户体验与系统价值出发,分析洞察影响客户满意度的各类系统问题,提出有价值的系统提升方向;
5、独立承担复杂分析任务,擅于运用各类统计分析,机器学习等专业技术,实施深度数据诊断,并能总结沉淀关键分析思路,推动产品化进程。
任职要求:
1、三年以上相关工作经历,商业分析、统计、数学、信息技术、计算机、经营管理本科及以上学历;
2、掌握Hive、SQL等相关代码编写;熟悉应用数据分析相关工具:
3、具备零售行业数据分析能力,拥有独立撰写商业(或经营)分析报告的思路和技能;并能对过往的分析工作有较好总结及方法论沉淀;
4、有较强的逻辑思考能力,能够有清晰的口头及书面表达能力;具备良好的抗压能力、沟通能力。
