Now we are looking for experienced developers for Rational Method Composer(RMC) product which known as the next generation of RUP. RMC is a flexible process management solution that includes both a powerful method authoring tool and extensive libraries of process and best practice assets to help companies to implement effective processes for successful software and IT projects. RMC tooling provides capabilities to author, tailor, manage, and publish processes descriptions. The process and practice libraries included in RMC provide proven best practice contents that can be re-used to compose the "right sized" process that meets the specific needs of systems and software development/delivery teams. CDL RMC development team has been involved deeply into the development of key features of RMC. We are seeking potential team members of all experience levels, including developers and testers.
Job responsibilities
Collaborate well with WW team on software development and test, participate into feature design, development and test, resolve critical technical and non-technical problems to archive the project goal and help to deliver high quality Rational Method Composer product.
Skill requirements
More than 3 years working experience in software development
Strong programming skills in Java
Excellent Eclipse plug-in develpoment skills
Experienced on Eclipse RCP, EMF, SWT, JFace, BIRT, GEF, GMF frameworks
Sound knowledge of J2SE, SOA and XML related technology and OO design
Experienced on Web technologies such as JavaScript, Servlet, Applet, PHP and Dojo framework is a plus
Experienced on OSGi is a plus
Familiar with Agile development process
Knowledge of testing process and testing methodology
RTC and Jazz development skills
Familiar with 1 or 2 build tools, for example, Jazz build, Build Forge, Ant
OSLC and RESTful is a plus
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or above.
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
