工作描述：

• 机械工程师技能要求如下，包括品质管理，机械工程，生产工程或相关领域
• 良好的技术知识在家用电器的机械设计和模具设计
• 具一有定生产工艺的品质控制测试方法
• 对机械结构和设计的优化有一定经验及能力
• 实施DFMEA/PFMEA分析及推动供应商的改善计划
• 协助制定产品规格及其它工程文件
• 新产品在设计，手板，工程样，试产，量产的评审
• 良好的掌握DFM,DOE,及制造流程

工作要求：

• 5年以上消费类电子机械设计经验，对厨房电器及个人护理有经验优先
• 主修械设计，电子电气，本科学历
• 良好的掌握绘图软件如PRO,AUTOCAD,SOLIWORKS, UG等
• 愿意出差供应商跟进新项目

Job Description

• Mechanical Engineer is required with skills in any of the following disciplines; Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or related fields
• Good technical knowledge regarding mechanical design & tooling for Electrical Appliances
• Experienced in production processes and quality control testing protocol
• Ability to critically analyze mechanical structures and design for optimal performance
• Conduct DFMEA / PFMEA analysis and generate corrective action plans with our suppliers
• Assist to outline product specifications and other engineering documents
• New product reviewing in design, Prototype, EB, PP, MP stages
• Good command of DFM, DOE, and Manufacturing flow

Job Requirements

• Over 5 years experience in Mechanical Design role is required within Consumer Electronics field. Experience in Kitchen &/or Personal Care will be preferred.
• Candidates with knowledge of US and European compliance directives will be an advantage
• Major in mechanical design, electrical and electronic, bachelor degree
• Good command of the software of PRO, AUTOCAD, SOLIWORKS, UG etc.
• Willing to travel to factories within China for project follow-up
