Local Marketing Manager –国内市场经理

Job descriptions:

• Develop and promote company’s jewelry wholesale business through multiple sales channels通过多种销售渠道等方式开拓公司首饰批发业务；

• Analysis and approaching potential brand customers and wholesalers to achieve sales targets开发潜在的品牌商客户、批发客户，完成业绩目标。

• Prepare marketing plan and visit customers制定推广计划及拜访客户

• Make sale plan and lead sales team to achieve the same制定销售计划，分解目标，并带领团队共同完成

• Monthly account statement and payment follow up. 财务对账与应付货款跟进

• Manage the showroom and customer reception管理公司展厅及客户接待

Capability expected:

• With strong industrial background; know very well with jewelry industry and with collections and resources of jewelry company. Experience with big brand souring/purchase mangers will be preferred.具有资深行业背景，熟悉黄金珠宝行业以及拥有一定的黄金珠宝客户资源。从事过大型珠宝品牌采购经验者优先考虑

• Strong ability on market analysis, marketing and promotion and excellent in communication and teamwork. 具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的沟通协调能力和优秀的团队合作精神。

• Collect degree, minimum 3 years’ experience in jewelry industry大学专科以上学历，有3年以上珠宝行业经验。

我公司每天工作8小时，国家规定之法定节假日休息，公司除按法定的婚假给予员工外，还给予来回的路途假，春节假期高达18天，另外公司提供工作日中餐、加班餐补，为员工投养老、工伤、医疗、失业保险等。
