Responsibilities:
HW and SW maintenance (freeware orientation)
IP telephony system settings, monitoring and maintenance
Primary IT collection system maintenance, small development and operations
Job description:
Manage stock of HW and SW licenses - IT asset management;
Resolve any end user IT problems - HW, SW, etc.;
Monitor basic IT infrastructure - nagios, server, internet connection, switch, E1 lines;
Set up VoIP telephony system (Trixbox - freeware) and VoIP call recording (freeware);
Monitor phone calls made;
Monitor primary system performance, database and data changes
Small development of the primary IT system - freeware SQL database, freeware webserver based;
Operate complicated operations in primary IT system, assign user rights in the system;
Monitor user behaviour in primary IT system, develop reports, compute data for bonus calculation, assign cases to users, import new cases from business partners to the IT system;
Setup and manage email system (freeware), shared disk drive, data backup system, firewall
Knowledge and Requirement:
1. Young and motivated hardworking IT professional
2. English speaking
3. Excellent knowledge of SQL and RDBMS Oracle, MS SQL, MY SQL, Paradox, Progress, ...
4. Knowledge of programming -Java, C#, ...
5. Knowledge of VoIP systems, networks, routers, switches, E1 lines or demonstrated readiness to learn these things (i.e. before comming to the interview the candidate is assumed to study VoIP systems)
