工作地点：山东青岛

· Projects follow up (All molds and parts issues),

    

· Attend trials done in suppliers,

    

· Attend and support trials done in headquarter,

    

· Check injection parts according to cosmetic standard defined by Vestel QC,

    

· Searching new mold shops for targeting cost/quality improvements,

    

· Support R&D/Purchasing for communication with suppliers.

    

    

Key qualifications:

    

· BS degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent,

    

· Good spoken and written English,

    

· Good communication skills, positive attitude, patience.

    

    

Requirements:

    

· 2-3 years experience in LCD TV or white goods manufacturer or mold shop,

    

· Familiar with injection mold design and structure, can make constructive suggestions to mold structure and product design,

    

· Being familiar with mold processing technology, understand all kinds of processing equipment and processing method of machining,

    

· Being familiar with mold quality control process,

    

· Being familiar with various engineering plastic material characteristics,

    

· Understanding of injection molding process and troubleshooting,

    

· Skillful use of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and proficient in using Pro/E or UG.
