- To work with factory /suppliers management to correct quality problem.

- Enforce Quality consistency and leading QC team in line with the company strategy and contracted expectations.

- To monitor weekly inspection schedule.

- Ensure our vendors and team members follow the quality standard strictly.

- Support the sourcing teams. 

Requirements:

- College or above. Preferable major in Garment/Textile/Toys

- At least 10 years' experience of Apparel/Toys quality prevention strategies.

- Over 3 years of managerial experience.

- Have a good understanding of apparel/Toys product construction.

- With technical qualification in the products handled.

- Be able to script an operation breakdown for key product types.

- Good communication and presentation skills in English.
