岗位职责：

1. 负责项目资源的协调与组织，确保项目团队各干系人协同工作；

2. 制定并推广项目流程规范，确保项目有序推进，及时发现并跟踪解决项目问题，有效管理项目风险；

3. 负责公司产品核心模块开发、技术攻坚和性能优化；

4. 紧密配合所负责领域产品和研发部门完成业务目标，推动规范化管理，打造高效团队；

5.  带领团队研发，担当详细设计、编写核心代码，审核团队成员代码

6. 规范制定。

任职要求：

1、计算机相关专业，统招本科及以上学历（非统招，勿扰），5年以上Java开发经验，有项目组长或技术负责人经验，Java基础扎实，理解IO、多线程、集合等基础框架，熟悉持续集成，持续发布，缓存，限流，降级，了解JVM原理；熟悉主流搜索方式，会抓取数据、pathon， 有大数据开发经验优先；

3、熟悉常用框架，如SpringBoot、、springcloud、SSH,SpringMVC,,iBATIS，spring、mybatis框架技术有上述技术的实际开发经验；

4、掌握Linux操作系统和大型数据库（Oracle、MySql）；对sql优化有丰富的经验者优先；

5、熟悉HTML5,CSS3,JavaScript,Ajax,jQuery等Web前端技术，至少熟悉jQuery、AngularJS、Vue.js等主流前端JS框架中的一种

6、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息等机制，能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决问题；有zookeeper、kafka、Redis开发经验优先；

7、掌握多线程及高性能的设计与编码及性能调优；有高并发应用开发经验优先；

8、具有良好的执行力和责任心，能推动项目团队朝目标前进，并具备领导力、创新能力、广阔的视野、能保持高度的工作热情。
