Business Development Manager

主要职责

1.开发新客户，开拓市场，实现更高的货量和GP目标

2.识别把握所分配产品中的新商机和收入

3.针对客户需求，利用公司资源，提供合理的物流方案和优质的物流服务，以提高他们的货量和利润

4.实现公司和个人的KPI，例如 销售访问量，销售渠道等

5.通过关系管理和提供超出客户期望的解决方案来维护和扩展客户

所需技能，经验和资格

1，本科以上学历，进出口贸易，物流类相关专业；

2，5年以上物流或货运代理经验（空运和海运）

3，良好的沟通和人际交往能力

4，可靠的销售记录和业绩

5，英文听说写流利，CET4级以上，具有较强的沟通能力和表达能力。

Main Responsibilities (for advertisement purpose)

1. To focus on new business development for delivering against Volume & Gp targets
2. To identify and clinch new business opportunities and revenue within assigned products
3. To develop and present value propositons and proposals to clients
4. To achieve the company & individual  KPI e.g. no of sales visits, pipelines etc
5. To develop, implement and maintain action plans for each new and existing customer to improve their volume and profitable revenue contribution
6. To maintain and expand customer portfolio through relationship management and providing solutions that wil exceed customers expectation

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications

1. Minimum college diploma, prefer university degree;
2. Minimum 5- year relevant experience in logistics or freight forwarding (air & ocean)
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Solid proven sales track record & achievement
5. Prssess strong articulation and presentation skills
