Key Accountability:

  

1. Generate agency business in the leasing and sale/acquisition of industrial or related properties on behalf of vendors/landlords and occupiers/tenants;

2. Drive sales by providing industrial property information and introducing listings to clients;

3. Serve existing clients, nurture client relationships and cultivate repeat business and referrals for the Company;

4. Prospect for logistics tenants for the project;

5. Assist sourcing for more sole agencies in logistics landlord Rep. projects;

6. Build and maintain relationships with purchasers, tenants, landlords and vendors;

7. Create and generate property listings;

8. Coordinate with internal and external parties for property transactions;

9. Provide high quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients;

10. Proactively lead land search initiatives;

11. Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.

                      

Requirements & Qualifications:

  

1. Degree holder with working experience in property sales and leasing, especially in industrial agency, logistics, or supply chain;

2. Possess a strong understanding and interest in real estate markets;

3. Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin;

4. Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges;

5. Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
