Responsibilities:

• Appraise company or asset values using the income approach, market approach or asset-based approach for transaction, financial reporting or tax purposes
• Analyze information obtained from various channels, including equity and industry research, management interviews and site visits, to prepare for valuation reports
• Work closely with clients and other professionals in the due diligence, legal, tax and valuation fields to ensure the credibility of all aspects of valuation report
• Review and supervise on business valuation assignments
• Lead the team to deliver high value-added valuation services to clients, achieve business and revenue objectives
• To participate in valuation and surveying projects and to prepare necessary reports with absolute high accuracy
• To ensure compliance of Valuation Standards
• Source and identify new business opportunities and bring revenue initiatives to the team and reach annual goals.
• Supervise junior staff in lead generation, proposals delivery, offers and contractual negotiations.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines
• 8 years of hands-on experience in business valuation and financial modeling assignments
• An established track record in Consulting, Accounting or Auditing firm is highly preferred
• Professional qualifications in Finance (CPA or CFA) is highly regarded but not required
• Technical ability to develop financial models to value common stock, business entities and intangible assets.
• Strong writing and communication skills, fluent in both Mandarin and English
• Willingness to travel regionally
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager or Manager
