Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities for the Valuation business across China
• Responsible for creating and managing marketing channels
• Generate new business and nature connections through researching and networking
• Maintain client relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Proactively converting marketing and networking initiatives into revenue
• Elevate the overall market exposure and revenue opportunity for the Valuation Service Team in China

Qualifications:

• University Degree from a reputable University
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in Commercial Real Estate agency, Property Developer, Real Estate Consultancy or other related industry
• A track record in business development with industry network within the Real Estate sector
• A proactive self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills in Mandarin and English
• Highly energetic and competitive by nature
• Willing to travel domestically
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager
