1，制定项目质量策划，负责项目各阶段质量评审；

2，参与项目研发关键活动，并进行过程审计，对风险点及时组织评估并跟踪管控措施落地；

3，参与项目试产，问题点组织分析并跟踪验证闭环，保证量产顺利；

4，负责对项目过程数据进行统计分析，并推动改进；

5，售后问题组织项目组分析改善并推动改善措施落地；

岗位要求： 

1、熟悉产品开发过程，深入理解项目管理过程，有产品开发/质量管理成功实践经验和较强的全流程沟通协调能力和推动能力

2、有较强的质量意识，能在产品开发过程中提出自己的判断意见和质量风险评估；通过对产品质量度量发现产品质量问题；能进行交付物审计；能通过产品质量问题回溯，促进质量改进。

3、能参与制定公司的开发流程、规范、产品质量管理流程、制度、规范。

4、对产品质量目标把关，敢于对产品关键质量保证活动的缺失提出改进意见并落实。

5、富有激情，能独立分析和解决问题，责任心强；

6、必须有服务器质量管理经验。
