Role Purpose:

Our IT Manager is a technical savvy, with extensive IT project management knowledge and sound technical background. The role will be responsible in managing technical aspects and software vendors in the project adhere to predefined scope, timeline and budgets.

The role will manage different areas of the business. Representing corporate IT, it’s important to respect the different parts of the business, however always having the mind set at group level.

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage any assigned projects under company’s New Retail strategy.

• Partner with inhouse IT project manager and provide advice in technical setup of systems’ infrastructure and architecture.

• Work with supplier to confirm technical requirements when they are preparing system blueprints.

• Manage software or service provider to ensure deliverables are in desired quality as per agreed deliverables and timeline.

• Provide technical support to internal users after system go live.

• Able to work under pressure and take appropriate swift action for any urgent situation.

• Oversee all system API performance and drive resolution for root cause.

• Ensure software’s infrastructure is up-to-standard and avoid system downtime.

• Manage system deployment and enhancement roll-out with software vendor.

• Require solid experience in any of O2O / ERP / POS / Finance system / WMS.

• Require sound technical knowledge in programming and cloud service.

• Retail infrastructure or shop opening experience will be a big plus.

• Provide support to ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

• Occasional travelling is required（Base in Shanghai）.

Education level · Bachelor degree in computer engineer or computer science or related disciplines

Experience · A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Retail IT Skills required

· Excellent vendor management skills, programming & cloud service experience

Language ability · Fluency in Mandarin and English Others
