深圳招聘

1、 负责阿里巴巴国际站店铺的日常管理，上架，维护和优化；

2、 通过阿里巴巴后台及google关键词等各种渠道收集行业热门关键词，建立词库，拓展精准高转化询盘词；

3、 根据各平台搜索规则和用户习惯，优化店内产品标题关键词、产品详情页、关联销售、店铺分类导航和首页呈现等，提高转化        率；

4、 了解和搜集网络上各同行及竞争产品的动态信息，找出差距进行产品优化更新，提升产品信息排名；

5、 利用阿里巴巴站内各种营销资源对店铺以及产品进行推广宣传，提高曝光及询盘量；

6、 利用站外资源获取额外客户流量；

7、 利用阿里巴巴平台开发客户，完成销售目标。

任职资格：

1、 大专及以上学历，有较强的逻辑思维，英语四级以上：（能力突出者皆可放宽条件）

2、 1年以上阿里巴巴国际站运营经验，熟悉平台政策和平台销售技巧；

3、 工作积极主动，有责任心，耐心、细致、有良好的沟通能力，学习能力，并具有一定的数据分析总结能力。

1. 工作时间：大小周工作制 朝九晚六，9:00-18:00

2. 薪资结构：无责任底薪 +高额销售提成+年度优秀奖+每年2次调薪+年终奖金，
