一、职责概要：

协助董事长制定、贯彻、落实各项经营发展战略、计划，实现企业经营管理目标。

二、工作内容

1、协助董事长制定战略计划、年度经营计划及各阶段工作目标分解；

2、起草公司各阶段工作总结和其他正式文件；

3、协助董事长对公司运作与各职能部门进行管理、协调内部各部门日常工作关系以及事务处理，必要时可单独召集业务沟通会议或工作会议；

4、配合董事长处理外部公共关系（政府、重要客户等）；

5、跟踪公司经营目标达成情况，提供分析意见及改进建议；

6、在公司经营计划、销售策略、资本运作等方面向董事长提供相关解决方案；

7、撰写和跟进落实公司董事长会议、专题研讨会议等公司会议纪要；

8、协助董事长进行公司企业文化、企业战略发展的规划，配合管理办开展企业文化工作；

9、完成其他临时交办的任务。

三、能力要求

◆具有企业管理、营销等相关专业本科以上学历。

◆有战略管理、组织变革管理、项目管理、管理能力开发等相关经验；

◆有丰富的人力资源经验优先；

◆知识面宽，知识结构较全面，具有丰富的同行业工厂管理经验优先；

◆具有较高的综合素质，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；

◆文笔好，熟练使用办公软件；

◆有较强的组织、协调、沟通、领导能力及出色的人际交往和社会活动能力以

及敏锐的洞察力；

◆具有很强的计划和执行能力；

◆良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正、具有亲和力，较强的独立

工作能力和公关能力。

       湘东兴集团下有两大子公司:深圳市湘东兴实业有限公司，东莞市精伦实业有限公司。总部位于深圳市福田区诺德中心，在东莞拥有2.3平方的自建现代化工业园，有集设计，开模，注塑，喷油，丝印，移印，烫金，真空镀模，电子装配为一体全自动化生产线，拥有独立的土地及房产使用权。
       湘东兴集团专业从事模具、PU灌注轮、塑胶滑板、电子产品等产品的开发、制造和销售。集团拥有众多专业的技术、管理和销售人才。PU材料研发工程师总共5名包括华南理工2名研发人员，电子产品设计工程师4名。目前我厂拥有7条灌注生产线，日产量高达13W个轮子。轮子主要客户并占有产量比例如下：法国迪卡隆30%,德国米高15%，意大利Fila10%，美洲狮15%，奥德赛10%，其它20%。塑胶滑板主要客户美国Sunset ,美国Sector9。电子产品生产线7条，主要客户并占有产量比例如下：美国迪斯尼35%，Tesco 30%， Argos 25%,其它 10% 。

Founded in 1999, XDX Group is China's (maybe the world's) top manufacturer of PU wheels in terms of quantity, quality and variety (including high/SHR, medium or low elastic wheels and wheels with flash and metal cores). In addition to our high capacity casting lines (making over 40 million PU wheels per year), our advanced injection molding lines can make high precision plastic parts for inline skate, skateboard, baby stroller, luggage, stationery, gift, promotional, medical or cosmetic container, touch-and-feel sound toy (for Disney, etc), pre-school educational toy, computer mouse, keyboard, etc.
The Group has two subsidiary companies: Shenzhen XDX Industrial Co., Ltd and Dongguan Jinglun Industrial Co., Ltd. Our headquarter is located in Shenzhen (next to Hong Kong). Unlike a trading company, we have our own factory in Dongguan, covering an area of 23,000 square meters, with 500 plus employees, advanced production lines, tooling design engineers, and international quality control system.
We have complete production technology and process for making PU wheels, from chemical formula to mold design, casting, cutting, and printing. The best PU wheel experts have helped us develop excellent formula for low, medium and high elastic (including SHR: Super High Rebound) wheels. The wheels are lab and field tested with international standard to meet customer needs. Our daily production capacity is over 100,000 pcs of wheels in various sizes, colors, and specifications. We have produced PU wheels, OEM skateboards and other finished products for world's name brands such as Decathlon Groupe and DOREL.
From 130 tons to 320 tons, our injection molding machines can handle most plastic products. To keep high quality and efficiency, we have our own engineers and equipments (including CNC machines) to design and make high precision molds for your products. We have also invested heavily in assembly lines (including expensive SMT machines) for making electronic products.
We understand quality is the key to success. To meet international standard, we have set up all necessary quality control systems including ISO9001:2000, GSV and ICTI. Our VIP customers have helped us by visiting us and working closely with our quality control team.
