职位描述
Responsibilities:
Set-up, development and maintenance of existing and new customers to ensure the sales & growth target.
Lead detailed technical discussions and identify the best solution for each customer in their application field.
Identify and qualify customer needs for the establishment of customized solutions and quotations. Price negotiation and contract signing according company's procedure.
Ensure the accurate transfer of all technical and commercial details of a new project to the project management team.
Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products. By establishment of market demands, feedback to marketing and production development department so that company can develop right product/solutions for Chinese market.
Regular travel to clients to get the feedback, to know the market situation of each application
Support company events, seminar, fairs and so on
Qualifications:
Machine or production line knowledge in plastic machinery, process knowledge in these fields is a plus; knowledge of material handling, calender, casting equipment can be considered
University Diploma in Plastics Engineering Technology, Mechanics and Machine Building or Business
5-8 years or above working experience, at least 3 years sales experience of equipment in plastic industry
Self-confidence, independent working, reliability, flexibility, convince capabilities, willing to travel
Self –motivated, target-oriented way of working, can work under pressure
