Qualification:

-College degree or above

-2 years domestic logistics industry and at least 1 year customer service experience

-Excellent with MS office, especially Excel

-Effective communication skills with good interpersonal skills

JOB FUNCTION:

-Responsible for the daily operation of import shpts

-Familiar with the processes of import services.

-Coordinating with declaration broker in the process of urgent issues faced by the Customs; coordinate cargo transportation problems encountered in the process of calculate.

-Issue monthly charge list to global account according to their requirement. Communicate with both overseas and customer, answer inquiries & settle shipment problem accordingly.
