职位描述

Job responsibilities & key functions:
1. Searching and Screening candidates, do initial interviews.
2. Request for candidates reference contacts and verify candidate's credit.
3. Manage employee attendance records and OT point system
4. New employee introduction (contracts, rules, email setup, etc...)
5. Work on employee contract improvements
6. Find better ways to screen employees (tests, interview questions, email questions, etc...)
7. Be there to talk to employees when then have problems (serve as a bridge between employees and management)
8. Organize company events (dinners, outings, etc.)
9. Perform adequate secretarial supports to office manager.
10. Handle calls and emails, organize meeting/ appointment, and update agenda.

Skills & Experiences required:
1. College level or above
2. Good command of English writing and speaking
3. Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel & Power Point, and e-mail
4. Strong Interpersonal and communicational Skills
5. Good sense of team cooperation, sound ability to deal with urgent affairs
6. Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information
7. Motivated individual who can juggle multiple tasks and projects
8. Good performance and strong sense of responsibility over daily work
9. Detail-oriented, honest and hardworking
