Job Title: PRODUCTION MATERIAL CONTROL

  

Objective:PMC (buyer) is responsible for in-bound parts planning and ordering. By ensuring on time delivery from suppliers to LINAK, PMC (buyer) contributes to good customer service to LINAK’s customers.

  

 

  

Main duties and responsibilities:

  

 

  

·         Be responsible for providing demand forecast to LINAK’s suppliers

  

• Schedule/re-schedule and follow purchase orders to ensure on time delivery from suppliers to LINAK
• Keep the inventory at a reasonable level.

  

·         Maintain buyer’s Daily/Weekly/Monthly Routines and KPIs.

  

·         Monitor and evaluate the delivery performance of suppliers

  

·         Check invoice with Finance and initiate special payment application

  

·         E&O inventory analysis and handling

  

 

  

 

  

Required skills/experience:

  

 

  

• Good in verbal and written English
• Above 2 years of working experience in supply chain management
• Good communication and co-operation skills
• Expert in ERP systems application
• Expert in MS Office systems

  

The Production Material Control reports to the Material and Planning Supervisor.
