SQA岗位职责：

1、组织，推动质量管理体系推行、实施与持续改进，提升研发过程效率

2、制定软件质量策划，按照质量策划对产品研发过程和研发结果进行检查及审计，并跟踪审计问题关闭。

3、制定质量度量指标，建立度量体系，收集过程数据，分析度量指标的达成情况

4、收集产品售后问题，度量与分析根因，为后继版本制定预防措施

5、协助PMO制定、优化现有流程、文档规范。

6、参与项目过程监控和质量控制，收集并分析项目数据，输出项目质量月报

7、组织，引导重大质量事故事回溯，跟踪纠正措施，协助管理版本经验教训

SQA任职要求：

1、三年以上软件质量管理工作经验，有过软件开发或测试经验者优先考虑。

2、有较强的项目推动能力，沟通、问题分析能力和协调能力

3、了解CMMI,PMP知识体系，熟悉敏捷开发模式，了解CI/CD/DEVOPS。

4、参与主导过软件过程改进工作，能够承担比较强的工作压力

5、有从事智能硬件或互联网产品相关行业经验优先考虑
