• In the pre-project phase (Installation, relocation, retrofit), coordinate with vendors the explicit and implicit needs and requests, carry out the pre-schedule.
• Carry out detailed schedules of the installation, relocation and retrofit projects in collaboration with the director of PTM-CN.
• Monitor and support the technicians involved in the various stage of the installation, relocation and retrofit project and ensure vendor satisfaction at all times.
• Lead the installation, relocation and retrofit projects to final acceptance according to the defined requests and schedule.
• Monitor and follow up machines under warranty and report the necessary information to the director of PTM-CN.
• Depending on needs, travel to vendor’s production site.
• Favor group work and the circulation of information
• Establish regular progress reports, inform and alarm as soon as possible in the event of a delay in order to trigger corrective actions.
• Participate in technical and administrative work (customs clearance information, translation)

• Assist and support the director of PTM-CN on special project

• 在项目前期（安装，搬迁，翻新）中，与供应商协商明确的和隐含的需求和要求，执行预定计划。
• 与PTM-CN负责人一起制定详细的安装，搬迁和改造项目时间表
• 在安装、迁移和改造项目各个阶段监督和帮助技术人员，确保供应商满意。
• 根据预定的要求和时间表，主导设备安装、搬迁和改造项目的最终验收
• 在保修期内监控和跟进设备，并向PTM-CN主管报告必要的信息
• 根据需要，前往供应商的生产现场
• 与团队成员很好的进行工作相关的沟通与交流。
• 建立定期的进度报告，在出现延迟的情况下尽快通知并发出提醒，以采取纠正措施。
• 参与技术和行政工作（比如翻译清关信息）
• 协助和支持PTM-CN主管的其他特殊项目

工作主要在无锡，需要经常去上海出差。出差期间公司提供良好的住宿条件，并报销相应的差旅费。
