工作地点： 温州市苍南县温州苍南龙港世纪大道曙光工业园7栋

The role of the buyer is to work for the Factory Manager dealing with incoming orders and also factory purchases. Based at the factory in Longgang, Zhejiang with occasional travel.

The factory is part of an international supply chain managed by Head Office. Main functions

- Enter purchase orders for components onto IT system

- send purchase orders to approved vendors

- Agree delivery dates for factory production

- Follow up with vendors to make sure components delivered on time

- Enter receipt of purchase orders onto IT system when notified by warehouse manager

- sometimes finding new suppliers (who will then be vetted by other areas)

- Liaise with our main customer in Head office for receipt of order from them

- Notify Head office of problems with sales orders received, or of production delays

- Maintain schedule of unshipped sales orders.

- Following company standard operation procedures systems with teams.

- Perform other duties as assigned by Factory Manager

- submit payments requests to Head office finance team - request fapiao from vendor after payment, and follow up receipt of same

Personal skills needs

- experience in purchasing of components required for production would be useful

- Honesty

- Good English (written and verbal) 100% essential.

- Good at Microsoft office.

职务要求：

- 将采购订单输入指定的ERP系统

- 负责将配件采购订单下达给指定的供应商

-与供应商沟通订单事宜，且确保供应商在要求的交货时间内完成订单生产

-仓库经理通知收到货后在ERP系统里面做收货。

- 需要在适当的时候找新的供应商

-主要服务的客户是集团总公司

-与集团的总部沟通，工厂在生产订单的一些情况，比如物料到达是否准时，包装的特别要求，生产排期等

- 定期更新未出货的订单生产排期

- 跟进公司标准的操作流程及与整个部门的合作。

-汇报给工厂的生产负责经理

-提交付款申请给总部的财务部门

-工厂是一般纳税企业，需要问供应商***且在工厂电脑的税务系统里面做相关要求的操作。

个人职能要求：

- 有工厂配件采购经验优先

- 正直

- 良好的英语读写

- 熟练的使用office软件。
