1. The assistant sourcing manager is responsible to set up cost modeling to support sourcing team by cost analysis to optimize the cost for NPD and running OEM, global projects.
2. Benchmark analysis to look for cost optimization space.
3. Co-developing and executing the global OEM product sourcing strategy.
4. Plan and manage supply chain projrams to meet specific objectives or goals.
5. This position must be able to work cross-functionally as position works closely with international team members including sales, brands team, engineering, quality, manufacturing and finance team. Contribute ideas about how team can improve performance.
6. Effectively communicate, oral and written in English, throughout the project life cycle with all projects stakeholders, to include materials, production, logistics, and others as necessary.
7. Under the Sr. Global Sourcing Manager's direction to manage negotiation for contract, cost and cmmercial needs to meet financial / cost KPIs.

1. Obtains the most favorable business value / price by skillfully cost analysis and negotiating with vendors; successful win over and achieve target whereas maintain positive relationships.
2. Develop and maintain on-going relationships with key suppliers and establish effective programs and processes of ensuring "best in class" supplier performance.
3. Following management team's decision to control supplier selection process.
4. Annual cost negotiation with each vendor and the supplier contract signs off.
5. Implement supply base management strategies that lead to sourcing the best product based on the brand criteria while paying attention to total cost, quality, inventory, lead-time, delivery, service and unit cost.
6. Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders to execute the whole process effectively and efficiently including RFQ follow up, price analysis, sampling, product development, timeline, commercial negotiation, communication and supplier evaluation / audit, delivery etc.

1. Conduct initial supplier commercial assessment.
2. Selects and recommend suppliers, negotiate long-term contracts where applicable, and maintain performance to expectations.
3. Provide assistance with Quality / MPE as for quality / production issues by means of driving supplier's execution on the corrective action plan and policies / procedures.
4. Provide analysis on scorecard updates and improve supplier's delivery performance with Quality / MPE's assistance.
5. Sourcing activity in new product and new supplier.

1. Minimum of 5-10years of relevant work experience in purchasing, good at cost analysis by cost modeling and contract management.
2. Report to Sr. Global Sourcing Manager.
3. Indepent individual contributor, about to handle sourcing and purchasing operations independently.
4. Bachelor's degree or above, techincal background.
5. Working at SDA sourcing is a plus.
