？  Build and institutionalize a performance testing framework

    

？  Proactively identify performance needs and execute test runs to assess the performance of the app

    

？  Design, develop, and execute performance testing for all kind of application (GUI, API application, data integration, business intelligence, and reporting systems).

    

？  Work closely with manual test engineers and the project team for identifying the right PT scenarios

    

？  Create effective and thorough PT reports and analyze the findings

    

？  Work with the project team work on the right PT environment and suggest the right solution

    

？  Participate in system requirements and design reviews, and collaborate with end users and translate their input into testable non-functional requirements

    

？  Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

    

？  Understanding of latest innovations, trends and emerging technologies in performance testing and test methodology.

    

    

Desired Skills:

    

？  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    

？  Working knowledge on JMeter, RPT and LoadRunner

    

？  Expertise in Java Scripting

    

？  Overall should be a good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve.

    

？  Good Excel skills and reporting knowledge

    

？  Should be able to drive Continuous Improvement in the PT framework

    

Qualification:

    

？  Regular degree/diploma in Information Technology, B.E, B. Tech, BCA / MCA, BSCIT (would be given preference)

    

？  Java certification would be an added advantage

    

Experience:

    

？  5 years’+ in year in functional automation

    

？  5 years’ hands-on experience in JMeter/RPT/LoadRunner

    

？  3 to 5 years’ experience in non-functional requirement identification, performance test result analysis and desirably performance engineering
