Roles & Responsibilities:

ü  Accountable for providing high quality technical and business solutions for our clients

ü  Assess Vendor products that are available in the market that may solve the given business problem based on a thorough criteria and select the best fit and ensure that business requirements from all regions and geos are considered

ü  Develop ROI models, solution approach, sales collaterals for the asset / vendor solution

ü  Develop demonstration videos, training materials and deployment approach

ü  Help sales team to present and position the strengths and the differentiators of the asset

ü  Monitor the deployment of the assets on quality, business benefit delivered

ü  Ensure that we are continually improving our solution and refining our technical model to improve efficiency and cost

ü  Provide detailed analysis of the performance of the asset and tools

ü  Provide monthly update to management, account team and SDM’s on asset performance by account

ü  Partner with our cross functional teams (Sales, Solution, delivery and Application development) to optimize our service, penetration of assets in our solutions and successful deployments of the assets and achieves the desired business results

ü  Ensure close interaction and partnership with account and delivery teams at the sites, and our clients, to ensure we are satisfying clients business requirements

ü  Ensure that Infosec, legal and client requirements are met by our solution at all times

Desired Skills:

• Strong IT software development background with architecture experience
•  Strong analytical and product assessment skills
• Product Management – especially Presales and deployment experience
• Vendor Management experience
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and negotiation skills
• Strong experience with working with international or global organizations with cultural awareness
• Strong business knowledge of a specific industry in Business Process Services
• Ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time
• Should be a strong leader and team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve
• Excellent people management skills
• Should be able to drive Continuous Improvement and constantly assess changes in technology and business processes and incorporate these changes in the asset and ensure that the solution is leading edge always.
• RPA exp. with AA & UiPath is value add

Required Background:

• College degree in Information Technology
• 8+ years in ContactCenter technology management and deployment experience
• Expertize in product,vendor and asset development/ management will be preferred
• Planning and Organizing: Must be well organized, ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize workload
• Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Responsibility for Results: Have strong leadership skills, passion for quality, demonstrates ownership and accountability to achieve deadlines and targets
• Problem Solving: Demonstrates innovative problem solving and analytical skills to resolve issues
