RESPONSIBILITIES

· Expertise - Define and deliver professional digital services engagements with partners and customers. This includes leading or participating in pre-sales on-site visits, consultations, understanding customer requirements, proposing and delivering packaged offerings, and delivering custom solution, specifically focused on marketing organizations, processes, tooling, and integration. Digital consulting experience with building marketing and user engagement solutions is a plus.

· Insights - Work with Concentrix digital delivery and support teams to convey partner and customer needs and feedback as input to digital roadmaps. Share real-world implementation challenges and recommend new capabilities that would simplify adopt and drive greater value from the use of Concentrix digital services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

At least five years of experience in assessing, designing, and delivering digital marketing solutions to clients at scale.

· Deep understanding of and thought leadership around the marketing technology and ad-tech landscape and players. Hands on experience with leading digital marketing solutions.

· Experience in collaborating and managing 3rd party vendors for providing complex and large-scale digital solutions.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with senior marketing leaders

· Prior experience in management consulting preferred.

· Travel to customer locations will be required to sell and deliver professional services as needed

- Fluent in both Chinese and English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Knowledge of digital tools such as marketing, WebCMS, social media, analytics etc.

· Prior experience in marketing plan, campaign design, OMNI channel / O2O marketing.

· Familiarity with delivering best practices for digital services and tools such as Adobe AEM/AA, GA etc.
