工作职责：

1、为客户、销售团队、技术团队提供服务，通过拜访客户评估客户需求，并推荐合适产品及相应工艺满足客户要求，并根据现场情况解决问题；

2、为销售团队、经销商、以及客户提供产品技术、工艺等培训；

3、通过考量客户、销售或经销商要求，计划、设计并主导实验室内测试，分析测试结果并提供测试报告；

4、调配并利用资源，为客户提供及时服务；

5、定期并及时向技术服务经理提供行动计划及工作汇报

6、管理深圳样品及耗材，根据销售或技术服务要求分发样品，定期整理实验室内样品及耗材工具信息，每月发库存表给区域团队成员

7、管理深圳实验室，保证合理高效利用，确保环境整洁、样品流转及时、工具及设备完好

Job Description:

1. Provide technical support to customers; Visit customer facilities to evaluate/recommend proper product and related technical science and solve problems as trouble shooting

2. Provide product, technology, technical information training to sales team, distributors and customers according to the request

3. Plan, design and implement or supervise lab test/evaluation per the request of customers, distributors and sales team, etc. analyze experiment result, submit professional report.

4. Possess extensive, readily available information to enable fast response to customer inquires.

5. Hand in weekly report, testing report and customer report to technical service manager on time

6. Manage samples and tools testing sheets in Shenzhen lab, send and make good use of samples, tools and testing sheets more efficiency, update stock to the team monthly

7. Manage Shenzhen lab, keep high efficiency, tidy housekeeping, smooth samples running, make good use of tools and equipments

任职资格：

1、本科以上化工专业背景；

2、动手能力强，能完成实验室测试，并现场解决相关技术问题；

3、熟悉特殊化学品行业，了解制造业、交运行业、复合材料行业优先；

4、英文听、说、写较好；

5、能吃苦，有团队精神，适应经常出差。

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree above with major in chemical engineering.;

2. Be qualified of strong practice abilities and can deal with the relevant technical problems on site;

3. Familiar with special industry, be familiar with OEM, Transportation, composites material industry is preferred;

4. Good written and oral in English is needed, and also have a driving license.

5. Strong teamwork spirits, Hardworking and willing to travel regularity.

6. Base in Shenzhen.
