通过以下方法负责电池组热管理仿真，包括一维液压/热，冷却板CFD，热仿真，热失控仿真

·电池组一维液压/热力模拟

·电池组冷却板CFD模拟

·电池组3D热模拟

·电池组热失控模拟

·遵循电池组物理测试并进行仿真关联

·与法国团队，合资团队沟通并向项目团队报告

·横向活动：试行CAE的规划和交付，确保达到KPI目标

·经理分配的其他任务

任职要求

？教育：

-学士或硕士

-主修：机械工程车辆工程热能与动力工程

？工作经验：

-电池组热管理CAE，车辆或动力总成CAE的3？5年

-电池组热管理CAE超过2年

？软件：

-强制性：GT-Suite / Amesim，ANSA / Hypermesh（其中之一），Fluent / Fire / Star ccm +（其中之一），Abaqus / Nastran（其中之一）

？技术知识：

-有关电池组基本知识和设计的知识

-电池组热管理系统

-电池组物理测试程序

-机械知识

-流体力学知识

-车辆基础

-流利的口语，读写英语

-对CAE软件和方法的快速学习能力

-较强的协调和沟通能力

Responsible for battery pack thermal management simulations by following PSA methodologies, including 1D hydraulic/thermal, cooling plate CFD, thermal simulation, thermal runaway simulation

· Battery pack 1D hydraulic/thermal simulation

· Battery pack cooling plate CFD simulation

· Battery pack 3D thermal simulation

· Battery pack thermal runaway simulation

· Follow battery pack physical test and make simulation correlations

· Communicate with French teams, JV team and report to project team

· Transversal activities: pilot CAE planning and delivery, be sure meet KPI target

· Other task assigned by manager

？ Education:

- Bachelor or master

- Major in: Mechanical engineering Vehicle engineering Thermal energy and power engineering

？ Working experience:

- 3~5 years in battery pack thermal management CAE, vehicle or powertrain CAE

- More than 2 years in battery pack thermal management CAE

？ Software:

- Mandatory: GT-Suite/Amesim, ANSA/Hypermesh (one of it), Fluent/Fire/Star ccm+(one of it), Abaqus/Nastran (one of it)

？ Technical knowledge:

- Knowledge on battery pack fundamental and design

- Battery pack thermal management system

- Battery pack physical test procedure

- Mechanical knowledge

- Fluid mechanics knowledge

- Vehicle fundamental

- Fluent oral, read and write English

- Quick learning ability on CAE software and methodologies

- Strong coordination and communication skills
