• Analyze root causes of malfunctions, establish detailed diagnostics or determine clearly the needs of customers
• Determine actions to undertake to satisfy request of customer and convey them to your superior
• Perform services at our customers in China under the scope of new installations, after-sales services, maintenance and training
• Set up, optimize and fine tune machines on site during commissioning phase (electrical work)
• Perform wiring of the machines, and all necessary check.
• Store all important information in order to guarantee the traceability of interventions
• Participate to product development and improvement by conveying your observations to your superior
• Privilege group work and circulation of information
• Establish regularly report of progress, inform and alert as early as possible in case of delay of schedule in order to undertake timely corrective actions

• 分析故障的根本原因，明确确定客户详细的需求。
• 确定客户要求后，发送将要采取的行动给上级。
• 为中国客户提供新设备安装，售后维护，培训等服务。
• 在调试阶段（机械工作）在现场设置，优化和微调机器。
• 对客户工件进行微调。
• 妥当保存所有重要信息，以确保各项操作是可追溯的。
• 将方案传达给上级，并参与产品开发和改进。
• 与团队成员很好的进行工作相关的沟通。
• 定期建立进度报告，并在进度延误的情况下尽早通知并发出提醒，以便及时采取纠正措施
