The Staff Engineer will be based in Shenzhen, mainly responsible for power design and development

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

? Design including topology architecture, component selection, function circuit design, PCB layout, EMC , Safety, Reliability etc.
? Magnetic design and verification
? Review customer specification and clarify customer requirement
? Recommend design solution / schematic
? BOM management, design verification, debug and design optimization
? Trouble shooting and solution, failure analysis report
? Support and implement design review procedure and check list to project design.
? Support NPI manufacturing in factory
? 主要负责服务器电源设计研发
? 设计包括拓扑结构，组件选择，功能电路设计，PCB布局，EMC，安全性，可靠性等。
? 查看客户的规格并识别客户需求
? 做出电源设计研发方案
? 磁性设计与验证
? BOM管理，设计验证，调试和设计优化
? 故障排除与解决，故障分析报告
? 支持并实施设计审查程序和项目设计清单。
? 为NPI提供技术支持

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
? Bachelor (or above) in power electronics or electrical, automation.
? >5 year design experience in power supply design (Telecom, Server, LED driver ...), independent project design experience.
? Well understanding about popular topology such as Boost, buck, flyback, LLC , forward, PSFB, etc.
? Experience of products development from prototype to mass production.
? Familiar with EMC and safety reg

Familiar with engineering tools such as MatchCAD, SIMetrix, PSIM, PADs,
? Self-motivated, good team work
? Proficiency in using engineering design tools-Modeling and simulation tool Mathcad.
? 本科以上学历，电力电子或电子工程或自动化相关工程专业位，硕士以上学历优先考虑
? 5年以上的电源设计和开发经验，能独立设计和研发电源
? 有电力电子或开关电源理论分析能力， 能熟练运用仿真软件和计算软件
? 对Boost，buck，flyback，LLC，forward，PSFB等拓扑有很好的了解。
? 熟悉AC / DC PSU， UPS的EMC和安全规定
? 熟悉MatchCAD, SIMetrix, PSIM, PADs等软件
? 良好的英语读写能力
