职位描述

Major responsibilities 主要职责：

1. Accountable for the day-to-day activities for firmware design in Shenzhen R&D.

2. Ensure regular alignment of firmware library with HQ, adding to and extracting information from the competence centers.

3. Optimize product cost & performance using firmware by adding to, improving or replacing the analog or digital functionality.

4. Coaching of (junior) firmware designers in technical capabilities and internal tools & processes.

5. Collaborate with hardware design engineers to ensure effective transfer of product knowledge to enable reliable designs.

6. Firmware design for local and global products.

7. Scouting of new technologies and options to improve product performance, cost by firmware optimization or introduction.

8. Technical preparation and investigation for coming projects,

9. Support production & sales for technical analysis or new solutions related to firmware upon request.

10. Support factory engineering on product level to optimize processes for quality speed & cost. (DFM)

Requirements 任职要求：

· Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (minimum passed CET level 4).

· At least 3 years working experience in an English speaking foreign company.

· Bachelor in Software or Electronics related discipline and 3 years related design experience.

· Digital (firmware) design experience from first principles

· Experience of engineering a product from design through to manufacture with extensive know how on detailed testing to ensure quality as well as approvals qualification.

· Bench experience is required, ideally with experience of working with live mains.

· Basic MS Word, Intermediate MS Excel, Basic ERP knowledge.

· Programming skills and familiarity with computer language( Embedded C/C++/ASM)

· Solid knowledge of firmware development environment for simulation & debugging.

· Documenting the Project related information like Flow Diagrams, Requirement Specifications, Test Schedule. · Intermediate SAP system knowledge

· Basic CAD/PCB skills

· Basic MS Office skills

工作地点1：深圳市龙华区民治街道民康路民兴工业区1970科技园（研发中心）；
工作地点2：深圳市龙华区观澜街道泗黎路硅谷动力射频园（运营中心），工作地位于泗黎路硅谷动力射频园的岗位，会提供班车。（目前有五条班车线路：宝安线，龙华线，布吉线，龙岗线和石岩观澜线）
