About the Role

The Sr. Packaging Program Specialist is a senior project coordinator role in driving creative deliveries with capability of coordinating about priorities within BU. This role creates dedicated project plan according to templates of workflows and schedules, and track issues with solutions.

What You Will Do

• Create dedicated project plan according to the brief from traffic manager.
• Proactively manage issues and risks in the development process and provide solutions and impact when jobs are at risk and plans contingencies.
• Manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor job progress by tracking job schedules, design/copy changes, communicating changes and job status.
• Route review and approve process within Harman stakeholders to get consolidate recommendations timely for each release.
• Ensure creatives are in place for production dates, DV, PV, SOP and Launch dates.
• Conduct a daily audit to go over items/tasks assigned and due for the day and determine if there are any roadblocks
• Maintain records of elements, costs, and schedules of multiple projects.

What You Need

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent
• 2+ years traffic or project management experience in print and digital
• 2+ years’ experience in content program development and packaging development in an international corporate environment
• Experience in collaborating with creative agencies and marketing teams
• Mastery of Excel and experience MS Project
• Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Office suite
• Excellent communication skills (both in English & Chinese, written & verbal). Business proficiency in English.
• Ability to learn new business processes quickly
• Focused; able to stay on-task for long hours, every day
• Possess an understanding of the production process relating to creative, print and other marketing tactics in order to effectively manage resources, time and budgets; additional experience with digital media production would be ideal
• Ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously and apply problem solving skills
• Proven impeccable attention to detail
