工作职责：
o Reports to the project manager to understand requirements and provide status.
o Communicate with the development teams in New York/Hongkong/Shenzhen for knowledge transfer of architecture and development standard.
o Review source code with team members to ensure coding and development standard.
o Hands on front to back design, development and implementation of new components.
o Enhancements/modifications to the existing application components.
o Serve as an advisor to developers on the team by sharing development experiences and technical knowledge.
o Understanding of portal development tools and technologies are big pluses.
o While the role will not require database modeling, the individual will need to understand database or data mart concepts/functions in order to effectively perform the responsibilities.

职位要求：
o Deep programming experience: J2EE platform (EJB, XML required, WebLogic preferred) 6+ years
o Strong understanding and working knowledge of Spring Framework, Hibernate , HTML, JavaScript, Servlet, and JSP (Caching is a plus) 2+ years
o Good understanding of design patterns such as MVC (Working knowledge with Struts Framework is a plus)
o Good understanding of database or data mart concepts
o Good interpersonal skills
o Good communicator
o Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks
o Potential to influence junior developers and project manager
