职位描述
Develop and drive the development of LLA customers in West China. Builiding up strong and solid LLA team by hiring and training for business expansion plan in West China.
Identify sales opportunity and ensure execution of strategic plan on LLA to to over-achieve sales target with good team work spirit.
1.Build, drive and lead the team of LLA Sales in West China
2.Assist Sales Leader-Central & North China to plan & implement all affairs related to LLA business maintain and growth, providing professional sales performance report and marketing trend analysis at a certain period.
3.Manage and monitor the development of LLA & SME Sales organization in West China
4.Execute business plan and monitor sales activities to ensure proper support to the team
5.Assign right sales resources to cater the needs of LLA customers in West China
6.Optimzie resources and cost of Sales to drive sales efficiency
7.Assure compliance of Sales process of LLA team (including but not limited to Tender Management, Business Implementation, Account Management, etc.)
8.Interface and communicate with all related products and departments to set SOP to ensure smooth operation to minimize customer's complaint or service issues. For any service failure occurred, timely response and report will be taken to lessen the impact.
9.Responsible for coaching of Sales to identify sales opportunity, conduct sales calls and customer visits within the assigned territory through conversion, retention and penetration activities to gain more business.
10.Responsible to monitor and push for AR collection towards company’s KPI target
11.Input into C-VIEW and address customer's inquiries and concerns immediately.
12.Have good sense
13.Follow up other sales KPI and targets set by company, such as pipeline, new win and monthly customers meeting. Company reserves the right to adjust the KPI every year
14.Refer to the yearly announced "Sales Incentive Plan" to strictly follow up the principle to meet the incentive threshold and the minimum sales target, which is net revenue covers 3.5 times of average monthly basic salary. (if applicable)
15.Any other duties are assigned by next level.
