主要职责

1.整理和维护现有客户资料，处理客户的日常询价和报价；

2.保持与海外分公司及代理的紧密联络

3.提供销售管理支持，并与OP部门沟通跟踪货物的进度；

4.销售数据分析，准备内外部报表

5.完成销售部交办的其他工作和指定任务

所需技能，经验和资格

1.大专以上文凭，进出口贸易、物流类相关专业优先；

2.一年以上货运代理相关经验（空运和海运）；

3.思维清晰、沟通能力及处事能力强，有敬业及团队精神

4.熟练应用Microsoft Office

5.良好的中英语听说写能力，CET4级以上

6.如录用可即时到岗

Main Responsibilites

1. Handle customers’enquiries & prepare quotation to customers；
2. Communication with overseas and agents；
3. Provide sales administrative support and liaise with operation for shipment follow-up;
4. Prepare internal and external reports；
5. Perform other and hoc tasks as assigned；

                        

Required Skills, Experience and Qualification 

1. Higher diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum 1-year relevant experience in freight forwarding (air & ocean);
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good computer knowledge in Microsoft office
5. CET4 above，Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
6. Immediate available in Preferred
