Overview

To handle and monitor daily administrative operations in an Express & Courier Services Company in Shenzhen/China.

Only applications in English will be taken into consideration

Responsibilities:

- Make sure daily operations run smoothly

- Deal with the paperwork

- Sort and distribute communication in a timely manner

- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information

- Handle shipping and receiving process (logistics)

- Take orders and make sure they are prepared properly before sending out

- Supervise personnel’s schedule and duties 

- Monitor payments to suppliers and receipts from customers

- Research transaction issues

- File management

- Schedule and monitor interviews and office meetings

- Organize office

- First level customer support and forward issues to relevant departments

- Support the General Manager in everyday tasks

- Budget management and monitoring

 

Requirements:

- 2 years proven experience in similar administrative position

- Experience in Logistic Industry and sales controlling is a must.

- Chinese Native speakers

- English language proficiency – Excellent working knowledge, written and verbal

- Basic bookkeeping knowledge

- Extended knowledge in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors

- Problem solver

- Thorough understanding of office management procedures

- Excellent organizational and time management skills 

- Good cooperation and team skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; outstanding telephone manner;

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

- Detail oriented and used to work with tight time-frames and under pressure;

- Ability to navigate and adapt to cultural differences in business culture
