KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In order to ensure the operation of Chongqing branch in compliance with the laws and regulations as well as the internal policies of either the bank or the Tokyo Head Office, he/she is responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving the compliance control for Chongqing branch according to the instructions of RCO/CCO and Local regulators. Including but not limited to:
1.Run in office compliance committee of the branch.
2.Review the operation procedure to be compliant with laws and regulations, and monitor the compliance ratio.
3.Periodically monitor and check the compliance of operation, and report the result of inspection to RCO/CCO.
4.Thorough observance of regulations for handing of KYC, terrorist funds and suspicious transactions, at the mean time monitor the implementation of AML measures.
5.Coordinate with CBRC, PBOC, SAFE and other local authorities.
6.Report the results of inspection by local authorities to RCO/CCO.
7.Conduct compliance training to make everyone have a clear understanding of compliance policies, and laws and regulations related to banking operations.
8.Provide reasonable suggestion on compliance control.
9.Compile and submit the regulated report to related department of head office, Tokyo head office and local authorities.
REQUIREMENT:
1.University Degree
2. 3 years banking experience with relevant working experience in compliance department, operation department or internal control department.
3.Familiar with local laws and regulations in banking industry and the requests of local regulatory authorities.
4.Have knowledge of operation, internal control, credit control and/or risk management.
5.Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements is a must.
6.Good at communication, coordinating and writing skill.
7.Have good organization and administration skill.
8.Strong sense of responsibilities, taking initiative and being proactive. Handling matters with due fairly,honest,prudent
attitude and full of active.
9.Good command of English or Japanese, in both oral and written.
