直接领导: 售后经理。

处理售后的维修，测试，安装等技术支持工作。

回答客户的电话和邮件的技术咨询。

能配合研发生产等部门进行技术层面的支持和交流。

协助同事提供技术文件和方案等。

协助市场和销售准备各种展会。

售后经理分配的其他相关事宜。

职位要求：

大学本科理工科或者工程类专业。

工作主动，责任心强，可独立工作。

良好的英语读写能力。

组织性强，工作灵活，能承受较大压力。

有驾照者优先。

TASKS:

Deal with after-sales maintenance, testing, installation and other technical support work

Answer customer's technical consultation on telephone and email.

Coordinate with R&D, Technical and Production Department in technical aspects on needed basis 

Assist colleagues to prepare technical documents and proposals.

Assist sales team and marketing in tradeshows, roadshows, technical conferences and seminars.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Sales Manager.

Report to: Service Manager 

Qualifications:

University degree in science and technology or engineering

Be proactive, responsible and independent

Fluent spoken and written English

Be organized, flexible, and able to work under deadlines and under pressures

Driving license is preferred.
