 Key Responsibilities:

The role will prime to support monthly payroll process with high compliance across different brands, whose key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

？ Process monthly payroll for retail BC timely, accurately under high standard controllership.

？ Monitor BC attendance data on monthly schedule, verify leave certificates, lead and coach sales assistants of BC leave management.

？ Monthly consolidate and check payroll data source from brands under payroll guideline.

？ Check social benefits and IIT calculation with CIIC to ensure compliance with China’s legislation, tax and social security laws.

？ Maintain good relationship and working with internal and external stakeholders.

？ Payroll documents filing according to internal audit’s requirements.

？ Work proactively on payroll related projects such as system implementation (BC attendance system, payroll system…), continuous process improvement and so on.

？ Monthly people cost analysis with business insights.

？ Support brands to review BC payroll scheme and cost simulation to make sure the cost effectiveness.

？ Other ad-hoc reporting and projects.

Skills & Competencies:

？ A bachelor degree holder with at least 5+ years payroll working experiences in agency or multinational company.

？ Familiar with China Labor Law, tax law, social security regulations and policies and related operation procedures.

？ Excellent Microsoft skills, especially advanced level of MS excel and PPT.

？ Good command of English in both oral and written.

？ Strong sense of responsibilities and logic thinking.

？ Excellent customer service, problem solving and communication skills.

？ Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, willing to take initiative on process enhancement
