Job Title: Supplier and Product Quality Engineer

    

We are looking for new team members to our technical team for responsibility of Air Conditioners, Refrigerators and Cooling appliances.

  

Key Qualifications

  

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical engineering.
  
• Fluent in written and speech English (Should have verbal communication ability with foreigners)
• Technical background for Air Conditioning or any Cooling appliances and thermodynamic systems. Experience in other home appliance such as microwave oven, washing machine, chimney hood will be an asset.
  
• Keen on to learning and improve themselves on technical ability for different product range.
• Knowledge about quality system management, six sigma, 8D corrective action, FMEA or any other statistical analysis method.
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar industry.

  

  

Responsibilities

  

• Be the project owner and preapare and apply the product approval scheme including but not limited to safety, reliability, performance.
• Folow country related regulations regarding to product range.
• Implement the product based and supplier-based audits and inspections.
• Negotiate to the vendors over the quality issues of products both for project kick-off phase and Mass Production audits. (Evaluate and approve CAP/PAP reports, FMEA works etc...)
• Chasing the quality assurance and R&D departments of vendors for product improvements.
• For the new projects, assurance of the product compliances subject to obligatory regulations and follow up from A to Z.
• Manage the test schedules, payments, assessment of test results with 3rd party testing companies.
