General Responsibilities:

  

 

  

Responsible for directing and supervising China financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analyses, and reporting to hAsia Pacific Regional Finance Manager.  Responsible on supporting the Greater China Country Manager on developing growth execution plan for 1 year and 2-3 years long term plan.

  

 

  

Deliver dashboard and providing insight on the China business different functional groups.

  

 

  

Responsible for managing the preparation and interpretation of financial data for the use of management, creditors, and taxing authorities. 

  

 

  

Perform various financial and business analyses for various projects/initiatives that require thoughtful assessment in making educated decisions.  Also responsible for working on special projects that require heavy financial and business analysis that can range from operational, marketing, logistical, etc. initiatives for China.  Responsible on providing finance decision support tools for all functional groups.

  

 

  

Also responsible for directing and supervising PRC GAAP accounting, legal, tax regulations compliance which include financial statement preparation and analyses, other payables, accounts receivable, credit, payroll, local benefits, fixed assets and application of cash receipts.  Responsible for accounting systems, maintenance of internal controls and accounting policies and procedures. 

  

 

  

 

  

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  

 

  

·       Responsible for preparation of quarterly business plan, monthly P&A accrual, P&A claims.

  

Prepare Sales Projection. Prepare P&A programs calculation. Prepare GP calculator. Salesforce FIMO input.

  

·       Calculate month spending based on sales data. Send spending report for prepayment rebates. Review and approve P&A claims & payments.

  

·       Responsible for sample approval and credit release approval.

  

·       Responsible for credit assessment performance and contract review for new customer.

  

·       Coordinate with Sales team to provide weekly sell-thru/sell-out data and Inventory on hand data.

  

·       Monitor and provide reporting on channel sales data.

  

·       Involve and assist on annual budgeting process

  

·       Responsible for demand planning for China. Work with sales team to maintain sales forecast and plan for stock replenishment.

  

·       Manage order processing in China including RMA.

  

·       Response to adhoc projects and assignments.

  

·       Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

  

 

    

 

  

Required Experience:

  

 

  

·       Minimum of 8-9 years experience in finance role

  

·       College degree required, MBA preferred

  

·       Certified Public Accountant (AICPA) or equivalent

  

·       Experience with organization/s requiring a multi-tasking, multi-disciplined finance leader

  

·       Strong knowledge or PRC GAAP and PRC Tax rules

  

·       Experience working with legal firms in establishing branch offices, wholly owned subsidiaries and other legal entities.

  

·       Preferable experience working with a MNC requiring strong communication back to parent company or regional headquarter.

  

·       Advanced Excel and MS Office skills preferred.
