岗位职责：
1、协助铁路业务操作及运营保障工作；
2、协助日常接单工作的操作，编制各类运输相关单证，处理相关异常、高峰应对等工作；
3、协助跟踪及更新货物运送信息并及时反馈回复客户；
4、负责操作日常文件整理分类。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历；物流相关专业；
2、具备较好的沟通协调能力以及良好的团队合作意识；
3、熟练掌握office办公软件。
