Description

• Responsible for continuous research and analysis of domestic and foreign industry-related trends, and identify the new product for the customers
• Study the development trend of the blockchain area, generate the insights correspondent to specific industry;
• Leverage both industry knowledge and technical knowledge to sort out business scenarios, solve customer pain points, and create a blockchain-based consulting and delivery service solution;
• Build a blockchain technical team, guide and lead the team to combine the implementation of blockchain application innovation into scenarios, and tackle key technical issues and system optimization of blockchain
• Enable service line practice and account teams, to develop collateral materials and accumulate sale assets by aligning applicable technical support with account and client teams

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or above in software engineering or computer science related major
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in blockchain solutions, blockchain product design or other blockchain related work experience
• Familiar with common technical principles and application scenarios of mainstream blockchains (such as Ethereum, etc.)
• Have certain cross industry experience and deeper understanding of financial industry, broad knowledge, and comprehensive analysis Ability to think
• Strong sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial mentality, and good teamwork spirit; works well in startup/fast pace business settings
• Critical thinker with excellent judgment and strong initiative
• With strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
