Establish, implement and maintenance quality standard, quality system From NPI to MP till EOL.

项目从NPI 阶段开始到MP到产品EOL,产品品质的建立，实施和维护。

1. Internal (production line) quality control内部产线品质控制

1.1.1负责从样品到量产整个生产过程的产品质量控制，寻求通过测试、控制及改进流程以提升产品质量，降低品质成本。

Responsible for whole life quality control for product,improve product quality through testing,process and control,reduce poor quality cost.

1.1.2负责解决产品生产过程中所出现的质量问题，处理品质异常及品质改善，新产品导入时的品质异常信息收集、汇总、反馈及跟踪改善成效。

1.1.3 Responsible for handling “production line-in process” issue with team, including NPI,MP product,collecting and record any quality issue,data,analysis and summary.

1.1.3制定各种与品质相关的检验标准与文件,培训相关QC检验人员。

2.Project Quality Management/Control 项目品质管理/品质控制

NPI阶段资料文件的准备，收集与整理，以及与客户澄清检验标准，测试量测方法等。

Prepare documentation/information’s which customer required,align with customer about SPEC/Testing method/MTD measurement method,including but not limited to

3. Work with QMS team to well implement DOC system during quality control   QMS系统贯彻到整个品质控制

Implements quality system, solves product processing problem timely, ensures product quality and service quality, meets customer requirements.

贯彻执行质量体系，及时处理在产品生产过程中的问题，保证产品和服务质量, 满足客户需求。

4. External customer quality service 外部客户品质服务

4.1. Take leader of Customer complain, organizing related team members to discuss and find root cause and take corrective action, response customer in time with 8D report.

客户投诉处理与跟踪，针对客户投诉品质异常，组织相关部门制订纠正、预防措施并回复客户，监督和跟踪实施过程及效果.及时回复客户8D报告。

5. Record, Reporting /记录，报告,品质相关文件

5.1 Completes product quality inspection and control document, such as QPI,QCP external MIL,internal, RMA,MOH handling.

制定产品质量方面的检验和控制文件,如QI,品质检验文件QCP，以及记录内外部MIL,RMA，MOH及时跟进处理。

6.上级主管交待的其它事宜。Other task from management.

任职资格 Qualifications

教育水平：大专或以上学历

Education：College degree or above

专业：理工科或者相关专业

Major: Science and Engineering or related major.

工作经验：3年以上质量控制经验，有CQE客诉处理经验+产线异常处理经验，或者CQE客诉处理经验+跟新项目经验. Junior PQE1-3年CQE/QE工作经验并对PQE岗位有意愿者。具有模切行业工作经验者优先。

Work Experience: Min >3 years quality experience; either CQE (customer quality complaint issue handling)+QE(production quality issue handling) experience or CQE+ New project experience(NPI).

work experience in die cut industry preferred.

英语要求：读写听说。优先考虑英语会话沟通能力者。优先英语四六级

English Requirement: can read, write, listen, speak English,English certification CT4 / 6 is preferred.

能力要求Capacity Requirement:

1.会运用8D及PDCA理念推动生产线持续改善，可独立撰写8D报告；熟悉并熟练应用过程质量控制工具。

Run 8D and PDCA to push production improvement, can write 8D reports independently. Familiar with process control quality tools.

2.具备客诉处理经验及客户沟通能力，系统的质量思维，解决问题的能力.

Customer complaints handling experience and good communication ability with customer.

With Systematic quality mind and problem-solving skill.

3.优先考虑具有新项目经验候选人.

Prefer to person who has experience of NPI quality follow up.
