Job Responsibilities

1. NPI business planning and budgeting, monitor the actual data in order to achieve the target.
2. Implement plant NPI procedures and align with Jabil corporate policies in order to ensure the project can be implemented smoothly.
3. Develop project master plan, assign tasks, review and monitor projects progress and drive related parties in order to ensure projects successful implementation with achieving project cost, timeline and quality target, including migration project and new products.
4. Coordinate related function team to submit FA (First Article) samples and get it qualified in order to ensure project successful implementation.
5. Coordinate to set up system, SAP, StarTec, in order to ensure project successful implementation.

6. Other assignment from direct supervisor.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor degree with mechanical/electric related majors;

2. 7 years Project Management experience with strong analysis ability;

3. 3+ year experience on injection industry, Medical industry is perfect;

4.Good command of English on both speaking and writing.

5. Good coordination and communication skill, accountability, integrity, customer focus, and cost structure.

6. Knowledge of CAD will be a plus.
